Welcome to Part 6! Everyone did a bang up job by hitting 10k in less than 12 days--11 days 19 hours and 18 minutes to be exact. A new record! 😀

For those not familiar with what we do here, Molly has been kind enough to put together a nice description.

The food is great if you're low on iron. It's not on the menu, but you can ask about the special secret garlic cure home recipe. One of the hostesses often makes weather predictions, but she's not always around. I think she has another job with the government. Or a government. Something like that. One of the other hostesses says "Bitch, please," a lot, but she's joking... don't take it personally.

Forget anything you've heard about the girl who died here from arsenic poisoning. That was a long time ago, and she's still alive, anyway... just busy so she doesn't come in as much. Besides, a little arsenic adds a lot of flavor to just about any dish.

Pretty flowers by the entrance, hey? Lilis, they are. Beautiful. And the music is totally hopping... we have our very own DJ. Looks a little like Brad Pitt.

I guess that's pretty much all you need to know. I'm usually in the corner booth over there drinking a nice glass of wine. You're welcome to join me, anytime. We're open 24/7.

that program was the biggest time saver of my life, its totally doable to listen to med school lectures at an accelerated pace. its not hard at all if you pay attention, knocking out 50 minute lectures in 30 minutes was AWESOME - i did it all the time.

i had profs that sounded NORMAL at double speed, thats how slow they talked.

I'm sure both of us were celebrating our respective victories well into the night, but you had more to celebrate about because the margin of victory was more for you iirc. 🙂 Congrats on that game, I told you man!

I don't think I've ever seen us score that many points in a single game, so I'm enjoying the euphoria while it lasts. Temple this weekend, then a long SEC stretch. :scared:

I vaguely remember the patient (we see lots and lots). But I don't *think* so. I was only told because I told the director I had a lingering cough and he said it wouldn't hurt to get tested. Um, ya think? Thanks.

I've never even heard of those record players. I had legos, r/c cars, and ghost buster stuff as as kid. The first music thing I can remember having was the cassette for MC Hammer for my walkman.

Oh, those were so cool. I loved mine. So sad..I had it until I was a sophmore in high school (don't ask)..I would have kept it longer but it was lost in a move. I am convinced that the movers were jealous of my cutting edge technology and just had to have it. :meanie:

LOL...they saw the value of good technology. I'm sure mine was given away to the Good Will 🙁 Ah well, I hope the legacy lives on :laugh: Actually, my old boss found a record player and tons of story books for his 1 yr old granddaughter. The kind where you follow along as their reading.

I had a book with The Gremlins. That one kinda freaked me out.

Then I guess you the same age as one of my brothers. He knew all the words to the MC Hammer song You Can't Touch This. It was hilarious. He was about 6 at the time. He's 22 now (almost 23)

Yeah, on the record that went with the book, they had them screeching and being just plain evil. I think I used to have nightmares about them when I was little.

Not like the more sanitized kids shows these day 🙄

BB- I can't believe Flavor Flav sent Boots home. All because she wouldn't put out. What a sleaze. But at least they didn't waste time dancing around it.

Crazy has to go. I figured she'd be gone this time since he outed her at dinner!

Okay so I'm getting a bunch of matches on eHarmony.com but they won't let me see/talk to any of them until I pay. Does that sound like a scam to anyone else? Hmmm... plus I wonder if I really have the time to start going out on random dates... 🙁
