Welcome to Part 6! Everyone did a bang up job by hitting 10k in less than 12 days--11 days 19 hours and 18 minutes to be exact. A new record! 😀

For those not familiar with what we do here, Molly has been kind enough to put together a nice description.

The food is great if you're low on iron. It's not on the menu, but you can ask about the special secret garlic cure home recipe. One of the hostesses often makes weather predictions, but she's not always around. I think she has another job with the government. Or a government. Something like that. One of the other hostesses says "Bitch, please," a lot, but she's joking... don't take it personally.

Forget anything you've heard about the girl who died here from arsenic poisoning. That was a long time ago, and she's still alive, anyway... just busy so she doesn't come in as much. Besides, a little arsenic adds a lot of flavor to just about any dish.

Pretty flowers by the entrance, hey? Lilis, they are. Beautiful. And the music is totally hopping... we have our very own DJ. Looks a little like Brad Pitt.

I guess that's pretty much all you need to know. I'm usually in the corner booth over there drinking a nice glass of wine. You're welcome to join me, anytime. We're open 24/7.

I'd guess upper right is gallbladder issues - not sure about lower left stuff, though. 🙁

But I'm not even a medical student so this doesn't constitute medical advice! 😉

CRAP - my dad guessed gallbladder too - and he went to medical school.

I HATE going to the doctor.

Anyone know where I could find a cute med student to help me out? 😍

random event of the day:

At the gas station, filling up the car. Dude next to me keeps looking at me weird so I'm attempting to ignore him but made accidental eye contact when I turned around. Less than a minute later, he comes over and tries to hand me a postcard off the top of a stack, and I declined it with a "No, thanks."

I'd have said that no matter what was on it, but from what I could see, it was a, um, "amply-endowed" young woman in a very small bikini kneeling on the sand. WTF?

I'm obsessed with the Oregon Trail period. At Scottsbluff, Nebraska all the wagons had to get single file (because of the bluffs and the river). There are deep ruts in the ground from where they went through. 😍

I've never actually been to Nebraska............ not a big fan of long, flat states. when we went out to AZ, we looped up through Denver, and then the options were 1) drive all the way across KS or 2) spend an extra day, go up through WY and SD and see the Badlands.
