If I get in to Michigan I'm sure you won't be the only person dragging me up to A^2... not that drag would really be the right verb... more like laughing at me as I sprint across country to get there.

got to the psych unit at 5:55AM... left at 7:15PM. 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁

this is PSYCHIATRY, wtf. 😕

we had lecture at 12 and most people were done for the day, i have the worst friggin luck man, ugh.

ok enough, just 12 more unit days of this crap. oh, and i heard my next attending is the one that works the 2nd longest hours. man, i must have pissed off the course coordinator in another life or something.

Today this little girl about your lil sis' age with a little barbie backpack started randomly playing peek-a-boo with me. It was SO cute. 😍

When I would look away and be doing something else (book or TV), she would practically lie on the floor in order to make eye contact again. 😍

oh ****!!!! those hours are horrible!🙁 😡 i can't believe you were there for 7 more hours than a lot of other students--how is that even right? oh well--i know you'll try to make the best of it:luck:

I finally had to break down and turn on my heat today.

53 in my house when I got up this morning. :scared:

That's too cold for me even with my electric blankets all over my house. I'm going to get TypeA an electric blanket for Christmas. 😉 😍

tomorrow was my day off from the unit beary, we're all scheduled for some on site visit at Avmed insurance from 8am-4pm which most people are complaining about since it ends at 4 but for me is a life saver. i guess i could just write up what i forgot to include now and then just go early tomorrow before the residents get there, maybe like 5 and add it then. that actually sounds better, i have to be at the avmed site at 8 anyways so its not like i'm losing too much sleep. this attending is a bear though, i have to read and master a few topics on psych before i get back to the unit on thursday or he's gonna destroy us. 🙁

screw it, its a 10 minute walk back to the psych unit. i'll just get it over with tonight. i swear to god though if the resident sees me and asks me for something i'm gonna have an MI (mental illness). 😱 :laugh:

do i believe people are out to get me?!?! yes! you and the patients. 😉

Yup - I hope it's sooner rather than later for my sister's sake. She is ready to be done being pregnant!

And she's further along than I ever got. 😉 So yeah, little Alice could come any time! (Though my sister is mentally preparing herself to have to wait until Thanksgiving, LOLOLOL)

Awww, thanks. 🙂 I think it's really cute too. My sister and BIL picked the name when they were still dating which I think is really sweet!

My sister has had some relatives tell her to her face that they don't like it, though. Some people are just awful!!
