I was comparing CHI TOWN aka Chicago with NY NOT NJ!!!

I'd agree that NJ is by far one of the most dangerous places and one that I'm not sure I'd want to live in!!

why do people keep on insisting this? it is more dangerous to live in CAMDEN, NJ than living in NYC, or its buroughs.

NYC doesn't even crack the top 25. I'm sorry, but had you said this back in the 1980s, then yes, I would agree that NYC wasn't so hot. and i'll be straight up... the only place i've actually was worried i might get attacked was in BALTIMORE, MD. It was a work rule that we didn't leave the office alone after dark.

Now look at the safest cities. Overall, there are FOUR new york cities. Number two is a town over from my house and number eleven is right by my school.

i'm not knockin chicago. i love the city, but i hate the comparison.

and btw, only few places in jersey are bad, so summing the state up as a whole as dangerous is wrong.

Oh, speakings of flights. My best friend (the one that called me in Detroit on her layover) went to Italy for a few weeks. On the way back, they had a layover in Amsterdam and then had a long flight from Amsterdam to Detroit. Some lady died on her flight like half way through! She said that they called for any medical personnel on the plane, and worked on her in the aisle for a while. After she was dead, they just put her body back in the seat and covered it with blankets. 😕

😱 That's scary!

I was on a flight back home to San Francisco from London. We had to make an emergency stop in Edmonton, Canada because a woman was apparently bleeding from all of her orifices. They moved her up to first class to work on her and paramedics took her directly from the airport.

I always wondered what happened to her and how long she was in Canada.

I also don't think that airport had EVER seen a 747 before. 😉

Camden isn't all that bad 😛 Its just based ont he population ratios which camden is small so it higher.

went to DC this year with TypeA. it was fun. this year I think more Randommes can come b/c it's a little more centralized for us.

I think it's 6/7-10? it's out in the northern 'burbs, but there would be time to get into the city in the evenings.

This is the first I have heard of these "mandatories." I do not know what they are. I do not know what MLearning is. Basically I have no clue of what this email is telling me to do though it seems to be important.

my grandparents in cali (when they were still alive) took like my mom's whole side of the family. i mean--we were TOTALLY living it up! we went to maui, oahu, kauai, and hawaii. they spared no expense--it was such an AMAZING experience. but we were going NONSTOP. I would love just to go and chill on the beach. I love hawaii because it's a tropical paradise, but you can feel safe going there because it's still part of the U.S.

my husband and i were seriously considering of moving there...that's how much we loved it....the people are soooooooooo pleasant.....mahalo 🙂.....i would also love to go to med school there but it will be close to impossible since I don't have ties to hawaii

the following year after going to hawaii....we went to the caribbean for the 1st time....it was so disappointing 🙁 .....i think it would have been best to go to the carib first then hawaii
