Brett was ecstatic with his score... Nikki said she was content... Williams disappeared in to the night... although he was planning that for a while, I hope he comes back

ok so you know how I posted about the snow and thunder storm here in buffalo last night? Well EVERYTHING is closed down today and they declared a state of emergency. Everyone's power is out, and we thought we were lucky but ours just went out...good thing I charged my computer last night and have dial up.....Looks like I wont be going to the lab today, and just relieved that the MCAT is over.
Also, my sister and brother are here bc both of them have no heat or power, and a tree fell on my sisters car.

Hey noeljan - I have been reading about Buffalo on the news! I am sorry you lost your power and hope you get it back soon. I hope you don't have much property damage from trees falling down.

Our power went back on, but my sisters is going to be off until Tues as of right now. The snow has stopped but it is raining. I will keep you posted🙂
I guess it's good to be stranded inside the day after getting first time MCATS. Kind of like that lazy blah feeling, lol.

on another note, i guess it was pretty bad out around here. My mom works at the post office and she went to work and it was cancelled. They NEVER close that place, lol

hey you, well I didnt do my best, but I am proud of myself given the state I was in. I think my MCAT score will do its job, and get me in for fall 2007🙂 Which is the most important thing.

Well my impression was that despite its brevity, it went really well. He said that he was supposed to spend 20 min selling the school to applicants and seeing how much they knew about Vandy, but "didn't want to try to BS me as I knew more than he did." He also recognized that it was fall break and "didn't want to waste my time." While I'm pretty optimistic about my chances, I can't believe I wasted all last night prepping for it and getting queasy on the walk over. I won't even bother filling out a SDN interview feedback.

I was however pissed at the faculty rep at the info session. He mentioned Hopkins more than Vandy! The tour guides admirably tried to sell the school and city, but they left a lot of both's strengths unsaid.

exactly, that's what it's all about... I just want an acceptance at one of the cheap state schools to start next fall 👍
