how's your studying going guys? are you freaking out? burned out?

this is our stress relief thread....or our group anxiety thread, whatever..... 😀

for those of you that have no idea what the mcat random threads are about, check out molly's explanation:

It's basically a restaurant. That serves breaststicks. And lots of cute fruit and veggies. And is patronized by a HO. And Tucker Carlson. Vin Diesel, too. Lots of race car drivers eat here, as well. We're very well respected by the Amish... one girl in particular is here almost all the time.

The food is great if you're low on iron. It's not on the menu, but you can ask about the special secret garlic cure home recipe. One of the hostesses often makes weather predictions, but she's not always around. I think she has another job with the government. Or a government. Something like that. One of the other hostesses says "Bitch, please," a lot, but she's joking... don't take it personally.

Forget anything you've heard about the girl who died here from arsenic poisoning. That was a long time ago, and she's still alive, anyway... just busy so she doesn't come in as much. Besides, a little arsenic adds a lot of flavor to just about any dish.

Pretty flowers by the entrance, hey? Lilis, they are. Beautiful. And the music is totally hopping... we have our very own DJ. Looks a little like Brad Pitt.

I guess that's pretty much all you need to know. I'm usually in the corner booth over there drinking a nice glass of wine. You're welcome to join me, anytime. We're open 24/7.

the attending on the unit is gonna be at a conference for the rest of the week though and the subtitute is such a sweetie from what i've heard, should make 3 of those days more enjoyable.

Things are ok. I've been slackign since the man got home but now I have to get back into study mode. He left again today just a short while ago but not for long. 😀

I think I was 13/14 or so ... we'd go out after the little one when it was "tail" end as not to take all the candy from the little ones 😉

LOL, I was OLD when I stopped trick or treating.

But I do have a much younger sister and I took her out trick-or-treating. I figured if I was out anyway, I might as well get some candy too. I wore a black cloak and a gory mask so you couldn't really tell how old I was. 😉

What makes me mad are the teenagers who come to the door without a costume!!! Sorry - no costume, no candy. 😛

Type A, for the TI-89, type in the decimal. I.e. 237./23 instead of just 237/23. It does that so it simplifies fractions. Sometimes when people borrow mine, I get it back with the same fraction typed in repeatedly and they never asked for help. 🙂

Alright, time to get ready for the NBA season tipoff! 😀 A-man, your Heat play the Bulls in the first NBA regular season game. Then Rapist Bryant plays the Suns with his new jersey number.

The Eastern Conference looks good this year. It will be interesting to see how the Pistons fill Ben's gap. I think they will actually be better because Ben does not contribute to offense so it's 4 on 5 for offense, not good. But the Pistons didn't have offensive problems really, their d wasn't as strong last year as in past. The Bulls will look good and their defense is stronger than ever. The Magic have a great year ahead of them, but I don't think they or the Heat will be going to the Finals. The games are on TNT btw. cya guys

P.S. I was too lazy to answer the door so candy is in a grocery paper bag by the door. NBA > kids in costume.

i have a TI-83 that i got in 7th grade. it's fallen down the stairs a few times.....got melted by some acid in o-chem lab.....i have lots of neat "programs" on it though.....heh
