So the company I work for has a gym and we get free memberships. I had my orientation today and we were evaluated for body fat and all that jazz.....I came into college at 147 lbs and came out 178. Sweet, thanks college.

Let's just say I started college at 19% Body Fat and finished at about 28%... Mmmm... thanks Sbisa (oncampus dining).

But I don't think there is anyone I could hear from before the 15th (that's the next meeting for UMich and IU and Texas schools can't say anything til then anyway).

I just want my first acceptance so maybe I can start holding down solids again :barf:

I only ended up going to 4 of my 8 interviews which I now sort of regret, because I have a feeling I am going to get waitlisted at the 3 that I'm waiting to hear from (Jefferson, Maryland, and NYU) 🙁 I'm really glad I got into PSU but I will be pretty upset if that's my only option. I'm such an idiot, but at the same time it's hard to miss work when your boss is like, "well you got into Penn State, so that means you don't have to go to any more interviews right?"

College was good to me...my 20s were the pound loading years.

Dear Lord, if I have ever done anything to please you in this life, please please please take away this cough before friday. I'm pretty sure that hacking up a lung on the desk of the interviewer is not the fastest path to an acceptance.

I have it all planned out. Christmas present is tickets to Vegas for next summer. Birthday present is 4 nights at the Palms. I'm brining the ring with me, and right now I'm in the process of deciding some outrageous or romantic or unique place to pop the question. I'm just going balls out this year. Why not, I'm going to be in servitude for the next X years anyway.

Of course I could have save up for something sweet like, say, a car......freaking women ruin our lives 🙄

It's called cultured diamonds. They're the same as natural ones except man-made (and no, not talking CZ here). They cost less and cannot be distinguished by jewllers because...they're actually diamonds! Only way is to send them to a lab that uses special lights and they come out "perfect," which makes them "fake." Still diamonds. Look into Gemesis.

Should I ask for a youtube link or am I better off never seeing that?

I had a sad moment today. One of the kids at school didn't know who Sister Hazel was. 🙁
