yeah, it was doing something weird today as well. i tried to reply to docfunk's post above and i ended up posting in some other thread.

Blah, haven't started yet. Starting today. Been sick all weekend and also been taking care of housework. I wish studying was easier. My mom was supposed to come out and help with housework but she couldn't get a flight out with the snow back east so now I'm doing things all by myself. Luckily my FIL is coming up on weekends to help but still not going to get everything done I neeed. Frustration abound ...

So much for a fun spring break 😉

How's life for the sandwich girl? 😀

this sandwich girl is doing ok...just waiting (anxiously) for april 1 when i will hear from the MD/PhD program at UIC-Chicago. Oh and I'm waiting for the GRE books I ordered from Amazon so that I can study (Urbana-Champaign is the only program I applied to that requires the GRE).

What is it with this kid and falling asleep in weird positions?? LOL She was sitting on top of the couch looking out the window to watch me drive away and then my hubby said she fell asleep there a few minutes later.

i feel like it always snows every first day of spring. It doesnt actually feel like spring until april anyway

It's been all over the map here. Just when I thought we were getting a spring thaw, we get snow. Should be warmer by the end of the week

My cat killed a bird and ate it the other week right next to my window. I think he's good to go. 👍

Tomorrow's nasty. High temp of -5 C (mid 20s for your Fahrenheit people). But then it will get up to the high 40's later this week.

Ewww. I hate it when cats do that. I wish they'd just eat it somewhere out of sight

LOL. I can convert...12 C (give or take a few degrees) , which we'll be getting by the end of the week :clap:

I need to get my slacker butt running outside soon.

It's my Computer Info Systems class. I can't figure out how to query such that it counts the number of unique entries...grr...

My SQL skills are terrible so I can't do it that way either.

i use access at work. i'm certainly not great at it, but maybe i can help.

basically what you can do (without doing any SQL coding) is the following (note: requires two queries...if you have to do it in one, i can't really help you there):
Set up one query that groups your variable in its unique elements, and then set up a second query that counts the number of elements in that first query.
i'm sure there's a more efficient way, but that's what i figured out for now.
