Saw it earlier today....am I tripping, or does the voice stay on the entire time she's flying over her head? Was she lip-synching, or was it just a record of back-up vocals?

I hope she was lip-synching.....:meanie: I used to dig her when she was in Destiny's Child, but she became really over-exposed once she started her solo career and to be honest, I think her solo records really suck.👎

Nice! I had been stalled for 2 weeks despite ridiculous workouts and watching what I eat....was just complaining to the coach on Monday. Then today I got on the scale and I was 3 lbs lighter! I stepped off and on a few times, thinking it was a glitch (3 lbs in a day?), but nope, it's gone!:hardy: I mean, I knew I was getting leaner - my clothes were getting loose and I had more muscle definition, but I wanted to drop scale weight, too - it's bad for your joints to be heavy. Plus I have to go down if I want to ever box someone competitively - not many women in my weight category.

Woah there, don't outdo me!:hardy:

Sometimes I wonder if I should retake, but common sense tells me that if my average practice score was 30 and my actual score was 32, it's probably not a good idea.👎

Yeah, don't be one of "those people" that we dont like... "I made a 44T, but VR just KILLED me... should I retake??" :laugh::laugh:

Oh well, just going to push on and hope for an acceptance

What was your score, if you don't mind sharing?

I probably would have retaken if I weren't applying to Canadian schools with rigid cut-offs. A 32 with 10-10-12 serves me better here than a 35 with 13-13-9 would, and dropping to a 9 is quite realistic given that I always scored 10s on every section - it's only 1 point away.

I hate daycare already. My girls have been there just *twice* and my little one is already puking.

😡

If this is a sign of things to come, I hope my school gives me a lot of leeway for sick kids (and sick mommy since I tend to catch everything they do).

ugh!! poor thing. i've told my lil sis 5 billion times to keep her freakin hands out of her mouth--but does she listen? NO!

I don't think they really screen completely for the secondaries. I know a lot of people who got secondaries and then got rejected shortly afterwards. :laugh: :laugh:

But we are post ****** so it goes with the territory.

I could have been one by now but I made it abundantly clear that I don't want to have the responsibility of dealing with fights and having to move threads and things like that.

That is what really sucks about canada. I think that they should look at the whole package like they do here. it would be so much nicer.
