i'm gonna go ahead and unstick the peripherally related to the MCAT thread 🙁

only like 5 people post in here and we could use the sticky space for something else.... i'm leaving it open though so if you guys ever feel the need to get into random non-MCAT and only peripherally related to the mcat talk.... you know where to go 😀

Plus MCAT will be over in less then a week now. So I don't think we'll need it as a sticky. But it was fun while it lasted. 😀

You were asking what facebook is...... It is sort of one of those networking type of things, where people from different universities create profiles and what they are currently doing, and that way people can add their friends to their profile, to keep in touch with them if they are no longer around.

It sorta like friendster or myspace.com

Is the website if you are really interested. In particular, you can view the profiles of those within your school, but only view the profiles of others from other schools if they choose to confirm that you are a friend of theres and add you after you request to be added.

It really serves no purpose, but most of my friends have a profile, so I'd thought i'd create one.

hmmm.... how was my test? i'd like to answer that truthfully q but i still have 2 weeks until they make me a full mod and I dont want to get banned from sdn.... needless to say, and i'm NOT exagerating... it was a 23 page monster of an exam, 60 questions, about 2-3 questions a page, all a nice paragraph or 2 thick loaded with chest xrays, CT scans and pathology slides and had everyone and there mother complaining of shortness of breath and coughing.

hopefully i did fine (atleast decent - please pray for me! :scared: )and i'm just paranoid but it really was SICK.... ok... that is it, may we never speak of it again... seriously, i'm trying to block it out 😱

its ok, look at our dear girl DPG - she's a wack job and now A has to handle her :meanie: But we still love her. I'm crazy in my own sense. Just not a genius. 😀

Yeah, that's kinda weird cuz some time ago i made a poll, and asked phil to modify it. he couldn't do it. So that's kinda weird. But whatever. That was a cool poll Q made.

So I want to chime in with Mushy about not letting this thread die. its too hillarious.

Only smods (and presumably administrators) can modify polls, not regular mods. I can't do it either--not that we've ever had a poll in the subforum such that this has been a problem anyway. :laugh:

poor diesel, she's got biochemistry, molecular and clinical genetics, histology, and cell biology midterms ALL this monday. i think i went like 6 months last year without really posting on SDN, its hard to find time for anything else at first because you're worried you need to learn everything. i'm sure she'll be fine though, if I made it so can the pirate.
