While you are right, I was thinking of other boards which I've been to that are not premed forums, where I've seen such things. ;-)

Actually, Severus, Kinetic, and Scubadoc are all the same one's who post on here or used to post on here.

I go on there to talk to Sev or Scubadoc. Also, Cerebrus is the same Cerebrus as from SDN. There are a few that are on both websites. You can figure who is who if you visit there enough. I only go on there like once a week or two weeks though.

That board was actually created in 2004 by some SDN posters who wanted a bit more leniency, Evo was actually a mod there, as so is that poster megalofiya (spp??). So not everyone is fake, but it definitely more lounge like then a place you go for the real advice. Oh and Mushy posts on there too.

EDITED: Roo also posts on there. The administrator there actually was cracking down on people over there with multiple accounts recently. This was surprising, cuz normally they don't do that sort of stuff on rSDN. However, I think the admin was getting fed up. I go there for a good laugh, cuz some of them are funny with their random thoughts.

So today I came up with the conclusion that engineers are wired differently and therefore by default break 30+ easily.


No but in all seriousness, it seems that engineers have a much easier time with the MCAT then most other people. I came up with this conclusion after talking with one of my friends today, who informed me that her chemical engineer of a boyfriend got a 36 on his MCAT. Also, last year, this guy who had been in engineering barely studied for the test and got a 30+. It seems this way on SDN too, so now I'm considered they must be wired differently then the normal people aka bio majors and science majors and all other non engineering majors. j/k 😉 😀

Its good, but damn.........I HATE USF PARKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm serious, I spent 45 minutes today, looking for a parking, and people kept getting in my way when I got close to finding one, so I always ended up without a parking spot. Finally, I was about to park in the staff parking, since I figured I'd just get a warning, only to be lucky to find a meter parking.

On top of that, it took me 30 minutes to drive a 10 minute drive from my house to campus because traffic was horrendous in the morning. And yesterday was hectic cuz I had lent out a lot of stuff to people over the summer, that caused me to be running all over campus in between classes.

But classes themselves aren't too bad. I'm only taking histology and Calc II this semester, as far as BCPM classes go. Oh and I have Cell bio lab, which is another bcpm course. Other then that, it is exit courses and a historical perspectives course that I never did before. So not too bad.

I just can't wait til first two weeks are over, and I can resume to finding a parking without waiting 45 minutes before I find one. 🙄 😎

ahhh yes... the first 2 weeks always sucked for 2 reasons (1) people havent dropped yet (2) people (especially new freshmen) want to be good students and show up to everything, slacking hasnt really kicked in yet

i know how it is, i went to FIU for undergrad so I know its hard to find parking at Florida's public universities. at fiu they use to give us a 2 week amnesty period at the beginning of the year though where we could park in staff spots or on the grass and not get any fines. after those 2 weeks forget it, $25 tickets to go around. also, we couldnt park at the meters if we had the student decal sticker on our cars... that was another $25 ticket. I only got 2 of them in my 4 years there but its just not fair when its the schools fault for not providing enough parking.
