Yesssss my with my UG thesis
This describes my whole week so far with my grad school thesis.
So our new vet assistant apparently thought I was about 22. I'm not sure if she a) has no idea what vet education entails or b) thought I was some sort of a prodigy who became a DVM in four years....

Uh... I'm going to be 23 when I graduate. Tried to apply a year earlier, which would have made me a 22-year old DVM, but wussed out of it.

Yes! I think I started last year around this time-- I think @Minnerbelle mentioned it before. I restarted now and so many people play it. Even the bf is into it.

There are pet malls in Japan now? I have to get back...
Yup, at least there is one right by my parents' place. It's this ginormous mall made up of four smaller malls, and one of them is the pet mall.
Has pet stores as well as a grooming place, a 24/7 hospital with a couple specialists (?), a pet hotel, and a pet rehab place with an underwater treadmill.
Omg their little premade food and bakery is something else. A little worried about the nutritional completeness of these things, but it's pretty impressive.
They do have royal canin and Jill's prescription foods as well... but holy
****... If we thought it was expensive here, it's like double the cost there.

It's the new Aeon Mall in Makuhari, Chiba, like 20 min from Tokyo Disneyland. Opened in 2013. It's a giant mall with a similar concept as lalaport, their biggest competitor.
The white box building just below the green pet mall on the map is a full sized Costco for scale. The mall just wraps right around it.

Oh gotcha. I worked in eastern Tokyo so I didn't spend much time in Chiba. I think my only time visiting was Tokyo Disneysea, actually.
But that looks adorable. The next time I end up in Japan, I might have to go for the lols.

I didn't do a crazy color this time. But next time! My hair is about half the length and has nice highlights now at least. It had been like 8 months...

Parents coming to town this weekend to look at houses with me. I'm mentally preparing for this to be a somewhat painful exercise.

I feel like I'm the only one not watching that show right now. I never really watched Full House growing up so I'm not as excited as everyone else.
