Cleveland Clinic has the most bang for its buck name recognition in medicine but less so for radiology. The services do not depend on residents, so it can feel too cush. If you don't push yourself, it would be easy for one of the non-teaching attendings who is also reading off your worklist eat all of your volume. If you're into research, it's terrific that the program provides half-academic days for this (Penn also does this, and Vandy for a year or two).
