The deadline for us to certify our ROL is Wednesday, February 20 at 9pm ET

Is this deadline the same for the residency programs to submit their lists?

Most programs will compile their rankings well before the deadline.
And your email really, truly doesn't matter anyway...

Those e-mails are meaningless. In our program, they have absolutely zero bearing on your ultimate rank by the program, and we will likely have our list put together by the first week of February.
