rate of disintegration vs rate of dissolution?

does anyone know the difference between the two? or are they the same?

Dissolution is about solubility and dissolving in solutions, i.e. how fast does salt dissolve in water.

Disintegration is the absolute rate of decay of a radioactive substance, sometimes equated to the half-life of said substance.
