HeY guys:

I wanna re-take DAT in 3 months;my undegrad major was integrative bio, and my bio score was 21(got lucky I guess, no frap😛) but I wanna do better (24 above); For those who got 24 or above on bio, which one represents DAT bio better? Raven or campbell?

Both. I would also strongly recommend schaum's. It's an extremely annoying and boring read, jam-packed full of obscure detail. But...I've been told that obscure details constitute a good portion of the DAT bio questions.

I used Campbell's only to study for Bio and got a 24. Remember, 24 is around 99.2nd percentile: be prepared to study harder than 99.2 percent of everyone else! I would shoot for 22s across the board if I were you. It think it's the most realistic way to look at the scores.

Oh noooo🙁(. I read 20 pages of schaum's, it was like taking Unisom sleeping pill for me loool I know it's so annoying

For you to get a 24 you can only miss 2 or 3 questions. Not saying you can't do it, but how were your other scores?

I got 19/20; I don't like making excuses for my DAT scores but I woke up with fever and stomach flu around 5 am, waited one hour maybe to feel better but got worse lol,informed the prometric about that but they said sorry you can't cancel the test 2 hours before unless come with some documents(Like MCAT you can take the test and decide not to report the score at the end). The whole test I was too dizzy, went to restroom 5 times during tha test. lol
Basically I quit after bio and gchem and went with guesses, just wanted to go to bed,Now I regret it.
ANyhooo would take bunch of vitamin C three days before tha test this time.😀
