Graduated in 2008 with total GPA 3.4, sciGPA 3.2
OLD DAT : BIO : 19 /OC :19 GC:21 QR:17 RC:15 AA:18 TS:19 PAT:24 (07/2008)
New DAT : BIO :20 /OC: 20 GC:22 QR:21 RC:19 AA:20 TS:20 PAT:26 (03/2010)

300 + total shadowing and assisting hours at 4 different Dentists.
150 + hrs of volunteer work at local hospital.
2 new LOE from Dentist and M.D.
LOE from Prehealth committee, 5 LOE from Bio, O. Chem, Math, English, Biochem professors.
I applied back on 2008 with OLD DAT Score to 10 Dental schools, only interviewed at Stony Brook and rejected all the others.
During the past 2 years I've been assisting at local dentist on saturdays and volunteering at local hospital during weekend. And I'm currently working full time at the Insurance Company as underwriter.
What do you think my chances for this upcoming cycle?

I think your good to go, expecially if you apply early in the cycle (June). Although I'm not sure if you can use 2 LOE and a committee letter, I would double check that. Also I would have to suggest applying to a few more than 10 schools, maybe 13-15 bcs you never can predict these things.
Good luck

Have you tried calling to any of the DS and asking for their input? especially since you have not taken any classes in 2 years. I bet they will tell you exactly what other pre-dents are not willing to tell you because they don't want to hurt your feelings ......
