I was recently paired up with the radiology residency director at a local hospital and since most shifts are rotating and I only have from March 8-12 to shadow, I will most likely be shadowing a different resident/attending daily. While I don't personally mind this, will this be problematic when it comes to reporting my shadowing experience on the applications? I.e. I can't really say I shadowed Dr. X-Ray for 72 hrs. bc it will be split....If reporting will be a problem, is it even worth participating in a 'hodge podge' week of shadowing?

i actually shadowed multiple residents at a clinic at my school as well, and you can just list the director. Also, and this is true for any activity, you can leave certain questions/categories blank. ie if the volunteering/shadowing was intermittent, you can leave it blank and just explain yourself in the description.
