Reaching Out to RPD (Phase II)

I haven't heard from my RPD other than reaching out to apply online for HR purposes (which I've already done). It's been almost 2 weeks now. I was encouraged not to reach out last week due to the busy time of year with current residents. Any suggestions? Also, I'd like to confirm my start date. Is the date listed on ASHP usually accurate? Thanks for any input.

Yes, the date is usually accurate. ASHP says RPD's have 30 days to make the official offer and provide a contract (which should have start date).
