Any advices on books or websites that teaches you how to read chest X-ray and/or CT scan? Thanks.
CXR:
ABCDE
Airway- trachea midline/ tube properly placed
Bones- rib fractures
Cardiac outline- knob and window
Diaphragm- costophrenic and cardiophrenic angles
Everything else.
That's the mnemonic the medicine types like to use, to sound like they know what they are doing, but if you take the elective, the radiologists will tell you it's actually not the way a radiologist would look at a film.
