reading questions backwards?

Does anyone try reading the questions backwards? For the NBME and U world questions, I find that the most relevant information tends to be towards the question stem...does that apply on the real exam?

If the stem is more than 3 or 4 short sentences, I read the last sentence then skim the answer choices before reading the whole question
