So, in about 3 hours, your rank lists will be sealed in computerized stone never to be altered again. Your fates resigned to the matchmaking of computerized placement. There's nothing else to do but sit and wait... but now I suppose that our soon to be MD 4th years can provide the REAL programs/rankings that you found to be interesting and exciting... i.e. and would give your left/right (either/or) *uts to be categorical PGY-1 this fall. This is a great opportunity for you to see what places really were favorites all around.
Format:
#1 Univ. of Puget Sound Surgery: because it was as far away as I could get from my needy girlfriend
#2 Suburban Hospital: i love to do surgery... as long as the patients have insurance.
#3 Backwoods Clinic: i cut that there gallbladder outcha, now you git on out cheer, ya hear... now gone, git! and no mo paying with foodstamps, cow parts, "put it on my tab"
#4 ...

This was a fun way that some of my peers that went into surgery discussed their rank lists after the ranking deadline. I guess there was no worry that someone would try to rank a program higher just because u were ranking it high or vice versa (ya know the competitive nature of med types).

the only place to train is MGH...if anyone tells you otherwise they either did not get an interview/or bombed the interview.
