Really, how useful is USMLEworld questions for COMLEX?

Just wondering how representative USMLEworld questions are for COMLEX I. I've done around 700 questions total and noticed UW repeats a lot of the same topics, especially in micro. It seems the 198 micro questions only cover like diptheria, HBV, a few STDs, and the staph/streps. I'm scoring like 90th%ile now and am pretty sure this isn't accurate since it's the same crap over and over.
