I’m currently on 2 wait lists but it’s late June so I’m not holding my breath so I’ve started working on a new app. I was interviewed at 3 schools and was only rejected by one (actually spoke to an Adcom and was told I didn’t describe my research well in my interview...) I’m not sure how much to change up my new app (PS and Secondaries) or if I should just keep it the same and just work on interviewing skills?

If you received 3 interviews, then I don't think your app is the problem. I would not keep it exactly the same, though. Reapplying means you should show you've grown/changed somehow at least a little bit. Revamp it, but work on your interview skills and apply broadly.

Where is your state of residence ? Where were your interviews and wait list ? Which schools did you apply to ? What are your cGPA, sGPA, MCAT and EC's ?

General consensus for reapps is to change at least the personal statement and secondaries. I see mixed info about changing anything in the activities section. Schools want to see what you've done to improve your application.
