Reaplicant Question?

If I apply to a few schools this cycle and don't get in, then apply to more schools the cycle after that, will I be considered a reapplicant at the new schools that I applied to? Sorry if this is a dumb question!
 
You're only a reapplicant at the schools you've sent a primary application to, even if you didn't fill a secondary you're still considered a reapplicant. However, some schools ask in their secondary if you have applied to any schools previously.
 
Some applications will ask you if you've ever applied to medical school before, to which you will have to answer yes.
