I was complete everywhere in July and early August. Any advice on school list for next time?

I would be wary of “average” LORs and very wary if an adcom recommended that you replace one of your letters. Of course, I could be wrong, but your description of your LORs made the hair on the back of my neck go up. Also, I would ask your kitchen cabinet to be brutally honest regarding your interview skills. Otherwise, your stats and ECs seem good to me.
