If you are reapplying for med school, is it necessary to get fresh LOR's from college professors or can you just reuse the same ones? I'm a year out of school now, working full-time, and I haven't taken any courses since college. If I have to reapply, I will ask for a rec from my current employer, but I'm wondering how, if I even need to, update my academic recommendations?
As I continue to wait on schools (I haven't heard from 14/25 schools, post-secondary, and I've only been invited for two interviews), I'm starting to feel the pressure!
