Reason for transferring?

Family reasons, that you need to relocate to the area of the new school due to family reasons. Even that is a long shot. Or that you require a rare medical treatment that isn't available in your current area, but is in your the area you want to relocate to. Your current dean will be losing a lot of money when you transfer out, so the dean has no reason to help you do so.
