I just received an invitation for the interview from USN. I am looking for hotel on Feb 16. i am so sad i could not find any hotel within reasonable cost limit. I would appreciate your suggestion on finding a cheap hotel or motel or any place with a bed to spend 6 hours. Thank you very much in advance.

Look for overnight deals at all the casino's. Any one of them usually will toss an offer at you if they think you'll put some coins in a slot or two. Of course keep in mind proximity to campus.

Check out Green Valley Casino & Hotel, or sunset station. these are in Henderson, where the city that school located. it may not be very cheap, cause most hotel in las vegas area is not cheap anyway...

i don't know anything about this school..haven't applied there myself

but about the citizenship thing. I myself am a Green Card holder. I would say make a copy of your driver's license, Green Card, and passport from whatever country you are a citizen. Schools accept permanent residents, don't worry. I have had to send a copy of my Green Card to all of the schools I applied to.

When I was there, I flew in and out in the same day. I chose the afternoon session starting at 2 (or 1pm I think). I arrived at the airport at around 11am then took the cab to the school. THen after the interview which was around 4-5pm, I took a flight back to my home state and actually got to the door of my apartment at 11pm (!) in the same day. It could be tired but you can save money for the hotel and time. I did that almost for all the interview I've had so far!

First Congrats on your interview invites!!! Well I lived in Las Vegas for quite some time and plan to move back and go to USN when I get done with all of this Pre Pahrm mumbo jumbo! Look up the Fiesta HENDERSON. It is a station casino http://www.stationcasinos.com there are two of them but make sure you click on the one in Henderson. Good luck! It is Valentines day and alot of the hotels have jacked up prices and usually a two night min. Let us know how your interview goes! BTW if you dont mind me asking what do your stats look like?
My fingers are crossed for you all!
