Thats weird, i got an email saying that they wont start reviewing apps until after new years... are u ED?
 
I got a letter on October 17 from the University of Tennessee. I have an interview on November 16, the first interview day.
 
just got my letter for a usc interview on nov. 18. it's my second try. wish me luck! and good luck to all of you too! 😀

I just saw your posting and RAN to my mailbox. I just got my letter for an interview for November 18 too!!!!!!! I'm SOO HAPPY!!! Are you from California? CONGRATS on your interview too. 😀

Yay! I have an interview for Mercer Fri Oct 27 @ 9am. That was quick considering I received an email last night that my application was completed since I took forever sending in the supplementals.
 
Hi!

I got my invite and very nervous. I already read all the interview comments under Interview Feedback and noticed that the interview can be open or closed-file. I know I should and will prepare for both but just curious......Do they do the same thing this year? How do they determine which method to interview a specific applicant?

She called my house, only to have my 90 year old chinese speaking grandmother answer the phone. She then called my cell 🙂

Hey I just got a msg on my house phone that I got an interview at SU too!! I never ever use my house phone so of course I didn't get it until today and she called yesterday...Guess I will be calling back tomm morning! Yay exciting....Any advice or comments on how their interviews go would be appreciated 😳 PS- Utterdevotion where are you from?? Are you traveling to the interview I am from MN so I am going to have to figure that situation out!!

Congrats on your interview - when is it btw?
I'm from MD so I have about a 2 hour drive. I decided to have the interview at noon, so that I wouldn't be up at the crack of dawn and be tired after the drive. From MN wow! Good luck with that!
 
I scheduled my interview at Shenandoah for next Friday, November 3. Congratulations to UtterDevotion and jlpolla on your interviews. You will do well!

Thanks also to ndearwater, Glycerin, and Supertech for answering my questions a few weeks ago. Ever since I went to a couple of Open Houses last year (2005), I have set my heart on going to Shenandoah. I think it is an awesome school. I'm so excited and ready for this interview, as everyone around me can tell you.

I have another interview at VCU this Saturday, October 28. I'm excited about this one too, but Shenandoah is my #1 choice (not that I will indicate that to VCU). Smaller classes, open door policy, and more one-on-one interactions offered at Shenandoah is what I want in my pharmacy education.

Thanks to everyone who has helped me in this forum, and good luck with your endeavors.
 
Congrats to everyone who is interviewing for Shenandoah!! The school is generally laid back in my eyes, though professionalism is maintained. I believe the SDN interview feedback pages encompass all one would need to know to have a successful interview. There is no need to be nervous about that day, as all faculty and staff I have come to know so far are very kind. You may wait a few minutes in the lobby before your interview. That would be a good time to converse with Mary Beth, who is arguably the warmest person there. As is probably noted on the interview feedback page, be prepared for ethics related questions. Good luck to you all! 👍
 
I just got an interview to Palm Beach Atlantic (tomorrow)!!!!!
and Nova (Nov. 7)!!!!!

Good luck to everyone interviewing at SU! Like skeksis said, it's nothing to be afraid of and all the faculty and staff are very nice and try to make you feel comfortable. You'll probably have a faculty and student interviewer who conduct the interview together.
Just relax and be yourself! They just want to get a feel for your personality and ask you some ethics questions like others have said.
I don't know where everyone is from but I'm from Florida and IMO- it is soooo cold right now! So be warned! 🙂
And I agree- Mary Beth is probably the sweetest person in the world!!!!! So adorable!
 
I was invited to interview at Shenandoah and VCU pharmacy but turned them down because I am already in at Mercer. I hope this opens up spots for others and good luck!

I'm from CA and got an interview invitation letter from MCPHS Worcester on Saturday. I'm going to call Monday morning to schedule my interview.

I mailed everything by early October. Got a confirmation that my application was complete on October 12.
 
I just received an interview for UOP (tier 2). The letter was a little confusing though. It sounded at first as if they were trying to reject me, then right before the last paragraph they said that I have an interview. 😕
 
Does anyone know when Midwestern University Chicago will have their 2nd round of MCVs? Just curious. Thanks.

Interviewed at Pacific University on 10/28, Just interviewed with LECOM today 01/01/06. Have a scheduled interview with VCU on 12/2...Hopefully USN later this year!!!

yea i just booked on southwest.... but its pretty steep about 200 and i am coming from oakland after my interview at touro
