Recent OBLC grads...what per diem did you get?

For anyone who recently completed OBLC at FSH, TX:

What per diem rate did you receive during your time at OBLC?

12.80 per day?
50 something on weekends and holidays?

something else?

just trying to figure out what I will get back when I am there

Your pay breakdown will depend on your situation. You receive BAH from your previous assignment (as long as you had one, if you commission just prior to OBC you don't get BAH til your report to your duty station). No difference between staying on or off post, if you're off post your hotel bill is settled for you. You receive free meals at the dfac so per diem is negligible. I think it was like 10 bucks a day when i was there plus in and around miles. When i got to my duty station and settled total payment was around 500 or so. I went through in 2004 so maybe someone whos been a little more recently can give better info. I don't remember if the weekend rate is different or not but you get the money when you settle up at your duty station so you won't see it while you're there.
