I've had a PI write me a letter of rec twice. Once in the fall after a semester of volunteering the previous spring (bc I was applying to masters). And an updated one in the spring after I did a research poster with her guidance (so total 1.5 years interacting with her). Should I send both to AMCAS?

In order to show my progress since I have issues with human interaction lolol (cue pop song Issues) Anyway, I think she's a really strong writer bc she's a researcher/MD/and an assistant professor. Definitely a role model in my life.

Do you really think that the Admission Dean is going to run out of his/her office screaming to an Admin: "We have to interview this kid...their PI just updated a LOR!!!!!"

?????

I meant I didn't know if I should send the old one. That was my big question. Your # of exclamation marks make me scared ):

Well the first one was for grad school and I'm not sure why the second one was written. Was it written specifically for Med school
apps? In any case , unless it was written specifically for Med school
apps do what @gonnif said. Good luck!
