Recommended textbook for implant dentistry?

Hi there,

We've recently started the implant prosthodontics unit at my dental school and I would like to supplement the lectures with some reading material.

Would anyone be able to recommend any good textbooks for a solid groundwork in implants, preferably something that goes from the ground-up so I can build fundamental knowledge.

So far I've been reading Rosentiel and Gerard Byrne.
