which books are recommended to have on the shelf as a reference for ob/gyn? i have decent review books and handbooks, but what source(s) are typically used as a comprehensive reference?

thanks!

For OB you can go with either Williams or Gabbe

For Gyn TeLinde's is the choice at our hospital

There are other texts as well such as Novak's (by Berek out of UCLA) and Danforth's, but ultimately it comes down to your taste and style.

thanks for the input global! i have seen so many different texts out there, but my exposure is mainly over in europe...so, looking for what is used on this side of the pond.

anyone else?
