Hey everyone,

Just wondering if this will be of an advantage or disadvantage. Let's say I got an interview at a place and my dental reference just happened to be an alumni there. Will I be grilled about my dental reference or will this be a complete non issue?? I'm just afraid that somehow this will come up during an interview. Thanks!

What exactly are you afraid of? I don't see how this would be a disadvantage or any kind of a big issue, if it's brought up at all, in the interview. If your reference wrote about how he/she thinks you would be a good addition to/fit for the school that he/she went to, that can only help you.
