1. Didn't apply MD/BS in high school though I had great chances.
2. Went to an ivy.
   
3. Didn't take blowoff science courses in the last two years that other premeds took to raise their GPA.
   
4. Can't raise my GPA to an acceptable one by senior year.

What do I do? Transfer for my last 3 semesters? Change degree and do post-bacc?
