Are we reimbursed for driving our car to the VPC location for shipment to Hawaii? It's going to be about 700 miles. I read it's $0.24/mi and 109/d for per diem. Just wanted to verify with someone before I set out. I'm assuming the paperwork is filled out after arriving in HI?
