Rejection Letters - What do you do with them?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
I shred mine...there is nothing like the sound of your rejection being cut into tiny pieces.

I almost kept my one hand signed rejection letter, but it joined the fate of all the rest.

What do you do?

Save them and place them in a frame next to your medical school diploma so that you can enjoy the irony of life on a daily basis. Looking back over the hurdles that you overcome makes "victory" that much sweeter.

I have a 'Wall of Shame.'
The Wall of Shame is a corkboard on which I tack all of my rejection letters. That way I'm reminded every day of the determination that is required to succeed. Seeing all of the rejection letters will make it that much sweeter when I get that acceptance. It keeps my motivation high.
