You'd have to check with your school. For example, in my school remedial classes are worth 0 credits.

At many schools, these would technically not count towards the common 90 credits requirement if these remedial classes will not count towards your Bachelors or are not at college level. However, I would say that this technicality would unlikely be caught or noticed as most schools. I would be more concerned that an applicant with barely 90 credits, some of which are remedial, will be at a level in the applicant pool with the majority already having bachelor's degree or greater when they apply. Additionally, I would be concerned of enough time/coursework to be fully prepared for the MCAT.
