the new formate of ndbe beginning at january 1,2010 candidate performance will be reported to candidates, dental schools only as pass or fail. standard scores will no longer be developed or reported. then the date was changed to 2012.
if the candidates have the exam before 2012 their performance will be reported as score till 2012 ?after 2012 will it be reported as pass-fail even if the exam was taken before 2012?

well they mean to say that if u request score reports in 2012 to be sent for an xam taken bfor 2012 it wil be sent as pass/fail

only ppl who fail can re-take the exam, that's the new rule for 2010. The pass/fail rule will take effect beginning in 2012. Anyone who fails will have the oppty to re-test, don't worry!! But, read the guidelines, the joint commission gives you 3 chances then you must wait a year or file an appeal for the 4th time. good luck to all!!!
