Yep I am too. There's a message on the home page that says the print service is undergoing issues. I really hope they fix it soon

Just called and they said they don’t know when it will be fixed, but probably by Monday :/

For what it's worth, I'm not having the issue. So, maybe they fixed it, or, maybe it's something unique to your application, or your computer. I'd try it again, then clear my cache and cookies, and, if that doesn't solve the problem, call them on Monday.

Nope! I think I will have to call them Monday 🙁 The hyper link is still not highlighted (for example, I can click on Print my Application but not Request Transcript Forms!

Did you enter a school yet? The button won't work until the system knows that there is a transcript to request. Each school gets its own unique Transcript ID and bar code assigned to it.

Where do you enter the name of the school? I thought that you only enter school name for electronically requested transcripts.

Nope. I am thrilled that I was able to help you, solve this issue, and spare you a crazy amount of time on hold on Monday!! 🙂

The form you are looking for will have a unique identifier that will allow AMCAS to match the document to your application, and to the specific school, when it comes in. Just like the electronic version. In fact, it's the same exact identifier, and electronic submitters also need to do this to be able to pull the Transcript ID to be able to provide it to their schools!

You will enter the school name under "Schools Attended, Colleges." Once you do this, I am betting your print transcript request button will be enabled.
