Questions about the science requirement and Undergrad Major? Going for 2007 cycle..
1)Taken GChem I&II, GBioI&II with GPA 3.6
Planning take OChem I this summer 06, OChem II+GPhys I this Fall 06 finally finish out with GPhys II and BioChem. Planning take DAT Aug 06.
Do I need to fullfill the science requirements before applying or before start of cylcle? Really confused about the time frame? 😕

😎 2)I know many of them are science major, well I took different path when I started the school, did not even think about the Dental School. Graduating this Summer with BA in Intelligence Studies(Concentration in Terrorism---was planning to go either FBI or CIA), but changed my mine. Is there any disvantage of any kind with this kind of degree? I know it's totally different path Science VS Intelligence........ Any of suggestions are appreciated......

No, you only need to complete the classes by the time you matriculate into dental school.

You won't be disadvantaged at all. You may be able use it to your advantage because not too many people have an Intelligence Studies degree. It'll be something interesting 🙂 you can talk about during your interviews.

As I understand it, you don't have to finish all of the pre-reqs until you actually begin dental school. Any acceptances you get will be dependant on you completeing all of the pre-reqs but you can interview before you have finished. I don't think dental schools look down on any degree as long as you take all of the required courses.
