So here is where I stand so far on my full lengths:

1/20/2017 Kaplan FL 1: CP 124 - CARS 121 - BB 124 -PS 123 - total 492
2/6/2017 Kaplan FL 2: CP 126 - CARS 121 - BB 126 - PS 124 - total 497
2/27/2017 EK FL 1: CP 52% - CARS 32% - BB 40% - PS 63%
3/21/2017 Kaplan FL 3: CP 125 - CARS 123 - BB 124 - PS 125 - total 497
3/27/2017 NS 1: CP 127 - CARS 123 - BB 126 - PS 126 - total 502
4/7/2017 Kaplan FL 4: CP 127 - CARS 123 - BB 126 - PS 125 - total 501
4/12/2017 Kaplan FL 5: CP 125 - CARS 119 - BB 125 - PS 126 - total 495
5/12/2017 Kaplan FL 6: CP 124 - CARS 123 - BB 124 - PS 127 - total 498
5/31/2017 AAMC FL 1: CP 126 - CARS 122 - BB 127 - PS 124 - total 499

I scheduled my MCAT for 4/28/2017, but I rescheduled to 6/16/2017 because I have not been getting consistent scores.

The CARS section continues to kill me, and my exam is in less than 2 weeks. After completing the AAMC FL 1, I am more worried, because it's suppose to be the closest predictor of your score.

What do you guys suggest to do? Anyone else get stuck in the same situation as this?

If I reschedule to July, then I won't get my scores until August. Kind of late in the cycle, considering I need another month to confirm my primary application.

However, if I take the MCAT in July (or later) and a get a good score (somehow), then I could just wait until next year to submit my application. Would medical schools think negatively of me for doing that?

You should reschedule your test, and I don't know that one extra month is enough time to bring your score up. I'd take at least 3 more months to prepare.
If you're asking if medical schools judge you poorly for taking a gap year, then no, as long as you did something (for example work, volunteering, take extra courses) during that year.

Well I graduated in May 2016 and I am in my gap year right now, so I would end up taking a second gap year. At this time, I am working as a medical scribe and volunteering. I think I will take a few courses in the Fall 2017, but I am not sure what yet.

That would end up being 3 gap years since you wouldn't start in 2019. But yes, I would say to reschedule the test as well!

Would you think taking the AAMC FL2 is worth it? Or not really? Considering the one week (or so) timespan, would I be able to see some improvement?

I was thinking of going on 6/16 and taking the MCAT and then voiding. I feel this would give me the best test-day-conditions. So it would a practice test, but I wouldn't get a score at the end.

If you're going to write on 6/16 anyway, I guess you could take FL2 the weekend before, and score your real exam if FL2 is within 2 points of your target score.
