Rescheduling question

I'm scheduled to take CK on August 3rd in Houston but something has come up that requires me to go home to New Orleans next week. I want to see if I can reschedule the test..taking it in NO on Aug 3rd. Is there a way for me to check if spots are open at the NO test center online w/out canceling my Houston appointment?

The prometrics location in NO won't answer their phone...the recording gives me some 1800 number which seems to be all automated.

yes there is just go to the prometric site and click on the reschedule button and enter your confirmation number. you can pick a site and look at the available slots there in NO. you need to do it quick so you don't miss the deadline. good luck.
