Rescheduling-- too late? What??!

Yikes-- I'd just decided to push my test date back about a week-- I'm scheduled to take it July 7th, this Friday. I thought we had 5 days to reschedule-- but when I tried to change the date online, I got something about "appointment is past the cutoff to reschedule."

And today is Saturday, so the help center isn't open to call-- plus by the time it's open again, it will really be too late. OK, I was stupid in waiting this long-- and I guess I will just have to suck it up and take it on Friday apparently-- but what is up with this??

Is it maybe because it's a holiday weekend, I was just realizing? Still, come on-- the online system shouldn't care!

I think you have to reschedule at least 5 business days before your test date in order to avoid a rescheduling fee. Anytime after that and they charge you $90. So, at this point I think you'd have to call them to reschedule, but be prepared to part with $90.

Thanks...yep, you were right...I just called them, and by some stroke of luck, they happened to be open on a Saturday...but it still cost $90, which I can't easily afford, especially for a few extra days of studying...but oh well...at least they let me reschedule, which is more than I was expecting!
