I'm a graduating 4th year who unexpectedly had to drop out of the match due to some life events, and am looking for paid research opportunities. Location can be flexible, but I would prefer to stay in the western US; unfortunately, the position would need to be paid since I won't have an income otherwise. I already have some "irons in the fire," so-to-speak, but would like to broaden my options if some on this forum know of opportunities.
I would prefer the research be in EM, but have been advised that the type of research is less important than actually participating in research.
If anyone knows of something that might fit what I'm looking for, please let me know.
