Hi,
Can anyone comment on how easy/hard it is to get a paid research spot in (diagnostic) radiology for MDs ?
I'm a German MD and will beginn residency in radiology in my home country soon.
I don't have any plans for doing a rads residency in the US, so my motive is not "getting a foot in the door" through research but rather doing some paid research for 1-2 years in the US just for the fun of it.
I see that a lot of people doing rads research are PhDs / have some kind of physics background which I don't have.
Do I have any options ? I haven't done any research in the field of rads yet.
