Do all endocrinology fellowship have research component in them for all fellows? And are those bench or clinical?

can't say ALL do...but there is some level of scholarship that needs to be done...some places will say that an abstract or a grand rounds is enough...3 year fellowships however will require a year of research...can be either bench or clinical (though if you are doing bench, you really will need to spend 2 years doing research for you to get anything out of it).
