Resedency ,jobs in spain

i am egyptian who just finished medical school in Egypt.. i went for training in santiago de compostela in spain .. i am asking about resedency and work in spain ... if there is avaiable jobs in spain ...or there is overload of doctors
is the egyptian degree is recognized in spain ... if i apply will i work as gp before asking for speciality ..Doing MRI(exam for speciality) is it the only way to dospeciality in spain .. what other exams documents needed
