Hello everyone,
Question for chief residents or program directors here.
Has your program switched to in person didactics or its still virtual?
If in person, what policies do you have if there is a outbreak and couple of residents are sick.

Thanks
Rameez

Virtual, sometimes hybrid. With COVID continuing to surge, it's making it hard to be safe in person. Sucks though.

Is it really "hard to be safe in person" now? We've lived with COVID for over 2 years now, and it is never going to completely go away, so the way it is now is the way it will always be. There should always be the same precautions whether there is a "surge" or not because it only takes one person to transmit. But if everyone is masked (and presumably everyone is vaccinated), is it really "hard to be safe?"
